yesssss….been waiting for this culmination since late October 2008!! was at the game 10/2/09 and found it very, very difficult to leave the ballpark that night…it was emotional, and a bit surreal. the postseason is so very intense, regular ball games are relaxing and fun, now everything is amped-up…and the time clock on the season is ticking away.
why can’t the MLB make baseball a year-round sport?
(and the NY-loving national networks: TBS,ESPN,FOX do not give our Boston boys enough credit and face-time!!)
Just got ticket for a Yankees/Red Sox face-off 10/22 @ Fenway….that was no walk in the park either!!
